Mixed League: Starting in October, ending in March
- Friday evenings, 6:45pm and 9:00 pm draws; 8-end games; (number of draws and draw times vary based on number of teams in league
- Team Composition: Third and Skip must alternate gender, OR one of these positions must be filled by an 'Under 16' Junior Curler of either gender
- Maximum of 2 spares are allowed during regular season and must play in Lead or Second positions unless a spare represents the lone gender in which case they will play in the 3rd position
- Maximum of 1 spare is allowed during playoffs as a sweeper only (the spare cannot throw rocks)
